1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering or using any part of the awclub platform — including the website, mobile application or related services — you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document ("Terms"). These Terms form a valid and binding agreement between you ("User") and awclub ("Platform").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the awclub platform. Continued use after any amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2. User Eligibility

Use of the awclub platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be fully met:

• You must be at least 21 years old on the date of registration and throughout the period of account use.
• You must register in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
• Your use of the awclub platform is your personal responsibility and must comply with the local laws applicable to you.
• You are not currently on a self-exclusion list or any active gambling restriction programme.
• You are not an employee, partner or close family member of any awclub employee.

awclub reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time for age and identity verification purposes. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad or other valid identification document. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active awclub account. Registering multiple accounts, whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. Breaching this policy may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

3.2 Accurate Account Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. awclub reserves the right to request verification of any information provided. False or misleading information may result in your account being closed and any related winnings being voided.

3.3 Password Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your password and all activity that takes place under your account. Do not share your password with anyone. awclub will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence.

4. Deposits and Payments

awclub supports a range of payment methods to make the deposit process easy for Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

• The minimum deposit for all methods is RM10 per transaction.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third parties, including payments made on behalf of someone else, are not accepted and may be frozen pending investigation.
• All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated for crypto methods.
• awclub does not charge any processing fees for deposits, however your financial service provider may apply their own charges.

Any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account involved will be frozen immediately.

5. Withdrawals

The withdrawal process at awclub is designed to ensure user security and convenience. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per request, regardless of the method chosen.
• Standard processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours after the request is approved.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used during deposit, for security purposes.
• Users must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Any outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can proceed.

awclub reserves the right to request additional documents before approving a withdrawal, particularly for new accounts or large withdrawal requests. This is part of our compliance and security procedures.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

awclub offers a 100% first deposit welcome bonus up to RM1,000. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

For example: a deposit of RM100 will generate a RM100 bonus, bringing the balance to RM200. The wagering requirement is RM100 × 25 = RM2,500 before a withdrawal is permitted. For a deposit of RM2,200, a RM1,000 bonus is given, bringing the balance to RM3,200, with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible users in accordance with the terms stated for each promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other users and have no cash value.
• awclub reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any bonus or promotion without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including arbitrage betting or the use of multiple accounts, will result in cancellation of the bonus and account closure.

6.3 VIP Programme

awclub runs a VIP programme with three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate — Bronze up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.5%, and Gold up to 0.8%. Advancement to a higher tier is based on your playing activity and loyalty.

7. Game Rules

All games available on the awclub platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring fairness and transparency in every round. Specific rules for each game can be found on the respective game pages.

• Game results recorded by the awclub server are final and cannot be disputed solely on the grounds of technical issues on the user's end.
• If a technical disruption occurs during a game session, awclub will review the server logs and resolve the issue based on accurate records.
• The use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to play is strictly prohibited.
• awclub is not responsible for any losses arising from a user's internet connection failure.

8. User Conduct

All awclub users are required to conduct themselves in a responsible and respectful manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fraud, identity falsification, or impersonation of another user.
• Money laundering or transferring funds from illegal activities.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Threats, intimidation, offensive language, or disruptive behaviour directed at staff or other users.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Any action that undermines the integrity of the platform or the reputation of awclub.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account, forfeiture of the account balance, and a report to the relevant legal authorities.

9. Privacy and Personal Data

The collection, use, and storage of your personal data by awclub is subject to our separate Privacy Policy. By registering and using the awclub platform, you agree to the data processing practices described in that Privacy Policy.

awclub uses SSL encryption and the latest technical security measures to protect your personal data and financial transactions. We will not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or a competent authority.

10. Limitation of Liability

The awclub platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• awclub makes no specific guarantee regarding the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform.
• awclub is not liable for any direct or indirect financial loss arising from use of the platform.
• awclub is not responsible for any damage to a user's equipment, software, or internet connection that occurs during use of the platform.
• Users acknowledge that gambling carries real financial risk and are solely responsible for their own betting decisions.

11. Account Termination

11.1 Termination by User

You may close your awclub account at any time by contacting our customer service team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Valid balances will be processed for withdrawal once all wagering requirements have been met.

11.2 Termination by awclub

awclub reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Failed identity verification or inaccurate information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• The user's own request for self-exclusion for responsible gambling purposes.

12. Amendments to Terms

awclub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any significant amendments will be communicated to users via a notice on the website or by email to the registered address. The "Updated" date at the top of this document indicates the version currently in effect.

Continued use of the awclub platform after amendments are published means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, please close your account before the date the amendments take effect.
